At NAPS Group, we offer free shipping of our premium campervan mattresses to UK & NI addresses. Our mattresses are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or packaging, please don't hesitate to contact us.
At NAPS Group, we understand the importance of receiving your mattress in a timely manner. That's why all orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Please allow up to 1-2 working days in transit for delivery.

*We can not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland or the Scottish Islands.
Return & Exchange Policy
At NAPS Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your NAPS mattress, you can return it for a full refund. We also offer a 1-year warranty on all our mattresses, so you can rest assured that you're getting a high-quality product.

If you wish to return your NAPS product please email info@naps-sleep.co.uk or call us to confirm your return.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

You (the customer) can arrange to return the item(s) for exchange or refund to us. The return must be fully tracked and insured and will be your responsibility to ensure it arrives to NAPS in the same condition it was received. We recommend you use Parcelforce online due to the size and weight.
